園區展館開放時間？
六堆園區展館開放時間為週三至週一09：00 ~17：00，週二休園。(國定假日，遇週二開園)，歡迎前來參觀。

 

館內有提供WIFI嗎？
本園區展館內提供i-Taiwan免費無線上網。

 

可以帶寵物入展館嗎？請問導盲犬可以進展館嗎？
園區户外開放空間目前並無限制帶犬隻入園的規定，但為維持園區內遊客安全及環境衛生，請將愛犬繫好栓繩及處理好其排泄物，感謝您的合作，歡迎您的光臨，恁仔細。
另為顧及視障朋友們的參觀權益與安全，導盲犬於執勤中可陪伴進入展館參觀。

 

請問園區內可以騎自行車嗎？
本園區內設有自行車道可供民眾騎乘自行車，民眾亦可在園區內租借自行車。

 

請問六堆園區周邊有哪些觀光景點？
六堆園區周遭有豐富的生態環境與人文景觀，如麟洛濕地公園、自行車景觀橋、竹田驛站、六堆天后宮、萬金聖母聖殿、原住民文化園區等，都是適合民眾假日遊玩的休閒景點。

 

請問園區有無障礙設施嗎？
遊客服務中心有提供輪椅借用服務；行政中心一樓南側、客家食堂、好客市集、田園餐廳、多媒體展示館一樓及停車場皆設有無障礙廁所；停車場設有無障礙停車格。

請問園區有嬰幼兒服務設施嗎？
遊客服務中心提供嬰幼兒推車租借服務；行政中心一樓南側設有哺集乳室。

請問六堆客家文化園區有收費嗎？
本園區目前不收門票；停車場採計次收費，大型車每次60元，小型車每次50元，機車及行動不便之身心障礙者停車不收費。

 

請問有適合小朋友玩的地方嗎?
園區內設有兒童戲沙區及多媒體館2樓的兒童館(六堆小星球)皆適合小朋友遊玩，以上2處皆需大人陪同。
