Miaoli Hakka Cultural Park Performing Arts activity series
“See the Beauty of Miaoli Hakka Cultural Park” Photo Contest
Designed to highlight its unique landscapes, the Miaoli Hakka Cultural Park also interacts with the general public through multimedia, performing arts, personal participation and so on. The number of visitors to the Park has been accumulated to over 2,750,000 since its opening in 2012. To record and share those touching moments, the Park has recently organized a "Photo Contest" requesting visitors to post their pictures taken in Miaoli Park.
The photos may be submitted under one of the four themes or categories, namely "Event," "Exhibition", "Environment," and "Others." There is no limitation on either the shooting time or the contents. The picture can be a self-portrait, a group photo, or a landscape photo. The only requirement is that the photo must be taken inside the Miaoli Park. During the contest period, the contributed photos will be posted on the Facebook fan page of "Hakka Arts Together." Each of the top 25 photos that get the largest number of "Likes" in each competition category will be awarded an event promotional gift, and each of the top 3 most popular photos will be additionally given a special memorial gift.
Those collected photos will be used by public artists in their creations of large-scale installation artworks, which will be on display in July. Everyone is invited to join this photo contest. Let us work together to make the Miaoli Hakka Cultural Park different.
