提醒109年2月15日、6月20日、9月26日為周六補班日，當日接駁路線為平日A線。

109年本館免費遊客接駁專車依行政院人事行政總處公告中華民國109年政府行政機關辦公日曆表行駛，規則如下：
平日A路線發車：為週一至週五及週六補班日。
假日B、C路線發車：為每週六、日(不含周六補班日)，以及星期六、日以外之放假日及連續假日。

如遇行政院人事行政總處公告天然災害苗栗縣停止上班，本接駁專車配合停班時間停駛。
免費接駁專車
高鐵、臺鐵－平日或假日於苗栗高鐵站、銅鑼火車站、苗栗火車站皆可轉乘館區平日、假日接駁車。
客委會臺灣客家文化館免費接駁專車時刻表說明：
- 平日行駛A線【高鐵苗栗站-客委會臺灣客家文化館-三義木雕博物館】（每星期一、二、三、四、五）

- 國道1號銅鑼交流道下匝道 – 往銅鑼科學園區方向直行- 第一個路口(銅科路)左轉 –第二個路口(銅科南路)左轉 – 抵達館區(位於左方)。

- 國道3號後龍交流道下匝道 – 往東接台6線(至公路)直行5公里 – 左轉南經國路六段 – 左轉北勢大橋 – 右轉進入72東西向快速道路 - 公館交流道下匝道 – 左轉後汶公路直行6.7公里 – 右轉進入南下國道1號匝道 – 銅鑼交流道下匝道 – 往銅鑼科學園區方向直行- 第一個路口(銅科路)左轉 –第二個路口(銅科南路)左轉 – 抵達館區(位於左方)。

其他注意事項
- 於銅鑼火車站轉搭計程車約5分鐘即可到達。
- 臺灣客家文化館周邊自107年1月12日起無法路邊停車，為維護遊客行車安全，本館於銅科一路上規劃簡易停車場，歡迎來館民眾多加利用。
