In response to Typhoon Maria, the Miaoli Country Government has called off school and work for tomorrow (July 11th). Due to considerations of the safety of visitors and quality of visits, the Center’s Parks at Northern Taiwan (Taiwan Hakka Museum) will be closed for a day. Relevant activities will be suspended, arrangements of which will be later decided and announced.

The Pingtung County Government announced that the Typhoon is yet to reach the standard to call of school and work. Therefore, the Center’s Parks at Southern Taiwan (Liudui Hakka Cultural Park) will open as usual. The actual situation will be based on the information released by the local County Government. If school and work are called off officially, all relevant activities will be suspended, arrangements of which will be later decided and announced.
