Rental Procedures and Regulations
Standards of charges and fees for using meeting venues, facilities and equipment of Liudui Park
Article 1.The Standards are set in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2.The venues referred to in the standards include the Performance Hall, the outdoor square in front of Performance Hall, the Liudui Conference Hall, 1st Conference Room and Front Office (Saloon) of the Conference Room.
Article 3.The standards for rental charges venue space and equipment and deposits are set as the attachment below.
Article 4.The standards of charges and fees shall be reviewed at least once every three years in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 5.When this Hakka cultural park or a school undertakes the promotion of matters or education or provides assistance to other agencies/schools, the Venue rental charges may be waived.
Article 6.Enforcement of the Standards starts from May 1, 2013.

Notes:
- The Standards are set in accordance with Article 10 of Charges and Fees Act.
- Use of the venues shall be handled in accordance with the Guidelines for Usage of Meeting Venues of Liudui Park, Hakka Culture Development Center, Hakka Affairs Council.
- Each session is 4 hours, and less than four hours shall be calculated as four hours. Exceeding a predetermined duration by 30 minutes shall be calculated as 1 session.
- Usage during the 08:00~17:00 period shall be charged at a cost of 2 sessions.
- Deposit for continuous venue use for more than 1 day shall be collected at a cost of 1 session.
- Use of video equipment at the Performance Hall and the Liudui Conference Hall shall be additionally charged of NT$1,000.
- Except for the Performance Hall and the outdoor square in front of Performance Hall, all the other venues are not open for night sessions for the time being.
- The unit of currency is NTD.
